Mrs. Kiggans of Virginia (for herself and Mr. Davis of North Carolina)
 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
                           Natural Resources

                                 A BILL

 To authorize the location of the National Service Animals Monument on
               the National Mall, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``National Service Animals Monument
Location Act''.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF LOCATION OF NATIONAL SERVICE ANIMALS MONUMENT.

    Notwithstanding section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code,
and section 704(b) of division DD of the Consolidated Appropriations
Act, 2023 (40 U.S.C. 8903 note), the commemorative work authorized by
such section 704 shall be located within the Reserve (as defined in
section 8902(a) of title 40, United States Code).
