                    IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

                             June 29, 2026

 Mr. Harrigan introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
 Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and in addition to the
Committees on Science, Space, and Technology, Foreign Affairs, Homeland
 Security, Intelligence (Permanent Select), and Armed Services, for a
 period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
                          committee concerned

                                 A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14412, entitled ``Securing the Nation Against
                   Advanced Cryptographic Attacks''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CODIFICATION.

    Executive Order 14412, entitled ``Securing the Nation Against
Advanced Cryptographic Attacks'', issued on June 22, 2026, shall have
the force and effect of law.
