  Mr. Fallon introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
                       Committee on the Judiciary

                                 A BILL

To amend title 18, United States Code, to decrease the sum of damage or
   attempted damage to property of the United States, and for other
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Hold Vandals Accountable Act of
2026''.

SEC. 2. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY OR CONTRACTS.

    Section 1361 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``$1,000'' and inserting ``$500'' each place such term
appears.
