Summary

The No Exceptions for Non-Citizens Voting Act would make it a crime for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, with no exceptions. This means that non-citizens who vote could be deported or denied entry into the US. The law would apply to all federal elections, including presidential and congressional elections.
