Mr. RIEGLE introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred
to the Committee on the Judiciary
A BILL
For the relief of Roger Eric Lord.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled, That (a)(1) notwithstanding
  sections 212(a)(22) and 315 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8
  U.S.C. 1182(a)(22), 1426), subject to paragraph (2), Roger Eric Lord shall
  be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence
  upon filing an application for a visa and payment of the required visa fees,
  and shall be eligible to become a citizen of the United States.
  (2) Paragraph (1) shall apply only to a ground for exclusion and a ground
  of ineligibility to citizenship of which the Department of State or the
  Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the date of enactment of
  this Act.
