     bill; which was referred to the Committee on Homeland Security

                                 A BILL

 To require an inventory of all facilities certified by the Department
of Homeland Security to host infrastructure or systems classified above
               the Secret level, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Department of Homeland Security
Classified Facility Inventory Act''.

SEC. 2. INVENTORY.

    (a) In General.--The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through
the Chief Security Officer of the Department of Homeland Security,
shall--
            (1) maintain an inventory of all facilities certified by
        the Department to host infrastructure or systems classified
        above the Secret level; and
            (2) update such inventory on a regular basis.
    (b) Contents.--The inventory required under subsection (a) shall
include the location of such facilities, an identification of the
entities operating such facilities, and date of establishment of such
facilities.
    (c) Dissemination.--The Chief Security Officer of the Department of
Homeland Security, in coordination with the Under Secretary for
Intelligence and Analysis of the Department, may share part or all of
the inventory carried out under this section, in accordance with
standard information sharing procedures and policies, with the
following:
            (1) Appropriate Department component agencies and field
        personnel.
            (2) Appropriate State, local, tribal, and territorial
        personnel eligible to apply for a Top Secret security clearance
        sponsored by the Department.
