following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and

A BILL
To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize mental and
behavioral health education and training grants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Mental Health Improvement Act''.
SEC. 2. MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND TRAINING GRANTS.
Section 756(f) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 294e-
1(f)) is amended by striking ``fiscal years 2023 through 2027'' and
inserting ``fiscal years 2026 through 2030''.
