                               RESOLUTION

Recognizing Charleston as the appropriate host city for the 2027 annual
  meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe
                        Parliamentary Assembly.

Whereas Charleston, South Carolina was scheduled to host the 2027 Organization
        for Security and Cooperation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA)
        annual session;
Whereas hosting the convention in South Carolina is a tribute to the life and
        legacy of the late Senator Lindsey Olin Graham;
Whereas Charleston is fully equipped to host this event with its world-renowned
        facilities, including a convention center, hotels, restaurants,
        catering, interpreters and more that exceed the needs of the convention;
Whereas the United States has not held the OSCE PA annual session since 2005 in
        Washington, DC; and
Whereas Serbia has more recently hosted the OSCE PA Belgrade in 2011: Now,
        therefore, be it
    Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives
that--
            (1) the OSCE PA should allow Charleston to go forward with
        the 2027 annual session as planned.
